Palo Luckett

President and CEO.

Palo has an entrepreneurial background and founded an IT company in South America, a real estate brokerage firm on Kaua‘i, and is co-Founder of Pacific Light & Power.

Pamela Miller

COO and Project Development Director.

Pamela worked in the power sector since 1995, previously for a global power company in the US, Former Soviet Union, Europe and Africa. She has specialized in government approvals and financing, power plant ownership transition for corporate acquisitions, as well as management of satellite operations during various assignments.

Kyle Hunker, MBA

CFO and Financing Manager.

Kyle has worked in all aspects of finance and operations for multiple cleantech companies, as well as evaluating deal flow and prospective investments in New York and Boston for a leading cleantech venture capital firm.

Canen Ho‘okano

Business Development and Community/ Government Liaison.

Canen has been a cultural advocate in Kaua‘i and the State of Hawai‘i for many years. In addition to his development duties with PLP, Canen is Chairman of The Koke‘e Advisory Council, and Board Member of the Kaua‘i Workforce Investment Board, The Napali Coast Ohana, and Hui Malama O Kane-i-olo-uma.
